Exchange & Returns Policy

At Project N we take pride in the quality of every piece we deliver. We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned, and we're here to make it right — within the bounds of our policy.

Returns

We accept return requests only under the following circumstances:

• The product received is defective or damaged
• An incorrect item was delivered
• The order was not delivered at all

All return requests must be raised within 24-48 hours of delivery. Requests made after this window will not be entertained, so we urge you to inspect your order promptly upon receipt.

Refunds

Upon successful approval of a valid return, refunds will be processed directly to your original payment source — be it your bank account, UPI, credit/debit card, or whichever method was used at the time of purchase. We ensure that the amount is returned to you in the most convenient way possible.

Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after approval, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for the following reasons only:

• Incorrect size received against what was ordered
• Wrong colour dispatched against what was ordered

Exchange requests raised for any other reason — including but not limited to change of mind, style preference, or fit dissatisfaction — are not permitted under any circumstances.

Please note the following before raising an exchange request:

• Exchange requests must be submitted within 24–48 hours of delivery
• Only one exchange per order is permitted
• Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your requested size is unavailable, we regret that we will be unable to process the exchange, will provide you with a Refund.

Sale Items

Products purchased during a Flash sale or promotional event are considered final sale. They are strictly not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges — no exceptions.
