Refund Policy
At Project N every order is carefully quality-checked before dispatch. We are committed to resolving genuine concerns, however, to ensure a fair and sustainable process for all, our refund eligibility is strictly defined.
When Are Refunds Applicable?
Refunds are only applicable under the following circumstances:
- A defective or damaged product was delivered
- An incorrect item was dispatched against your order
- The order was not delivered at all despite confirmation
Refunds will not be issued for any other reason, including but not limited to change of mind, colour appearing different on screen, or delayed delivery within the standard shipping window.
How to Raise a Refund Request
- Refund requests must be raised within 24-48 hours of delivery
- The request must be submitted through our Customer Contact Us Form along with clear photographic or video evidence of the issue.
- Requests raised without supporting evidence or beyond the stipulated time frame will not be processed
Refund Processing
- All requests are reviewed by our team within 2–3 business days
- Upon approval, the refund will be credited to your original payment source within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider
- Refunds once approved cannot be redirected to a different account or payment method
Non-Refundable Situations
To avoid any confusion, refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Fit issues where the correct size was delivered as per the order
- Minor colour variation due to screen/display differences
- Items returned without prior approval
- Products that have been used, washed, or have tags removed
- Orders placed during a Flash sale or promotional period — all sale purchases are final

We reserve the right to reject any refund request that does not meet the above criteria. Misuse of our refund policy may result in future orders being flagged or declined.
