Shipping policy

At ProjectN our goal is to deliver your favorite products to your doorstep safely, securely, and as quickly as possible. We partner with top-tier courier services across India to ensure a smooth delivery experience.

1. Order Processing & Dispatch
Standard Dispatch: All confirmed orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 24 to 48 business hours.

Operating Days: Please note that our warehouse operates from Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on Sundays or national holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Charges
Prepaid Orders: We offer FREE standard shipping on all prepaid orders across India valued above ₹999. For orders below this value, a flat shipping rate of ₹ 50 will be applied at checkout.

Cash on Delivery (COD): We do not Provide COD at the moment.

3. Estimated Delivery Timelines
Once your order leaves our facility, the delivery time depends on your location:

Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad): 2 to 4 business days

Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 4 to 7 business days

North East India & Jammu & Kashmir: 5 to 10 business days

(Note: These are estimated timelines. Occasional delays may happen due to unforeseen weather conditions, logistical bottlenecks, or regional restrictions.)

4. Order Tracking
As soon as your order is packed and handed over to our delivery partner, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and SMS containing your AWB (Airway Bill) tracking number and a link to track your package in real-time.

 

6. Non-Delivery or RTO (Return to Origin)
If our courier partner is unable to deliver your package after multiple attempts (usually 3) because the address was incomplete, the premises were locked, or the calls were unanswered, the package will be returned to us. In the case of prepaid orders, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method after deducting a standard RTO shipping fee.

7. Need Help?
If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you haven't received it, or if your package is delayed past the estimated timeframe, please reach out to our official customer support email at hello@projectnofficial.com within 48 hours. Our team will investigate with the courier and resolve the issue for you immediately.
