Refund and Exchange


Final Sale: All purchases are final. We do not accept returns.

Exchange Window: Exchanges are allowed within 24-48 hours of delivery, exclusively for size-related issues. Please ensure the product is unused, undamaged, and has its original tags intact. Products that fail to meet these conditions may result in a declined exchange request after a quality check.

Availability: Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the desired size is unavailable, we will provide store credit or offer a product exchange. Store credit is valid for 50 days.

One-Time Exchange: Each order is eligible for a one-time exchange, so please be certain about the size. We’re here to assist you in selecting the right size.

Exchange Fee: An exchange fee of ₹150 applies. This covers the reverse pickup and delivery of the new product, as we rely on third-party delivery services.

Processing Time: Once we receive the returned item, the exchange process will take approximately 7-9 days.

Non-Serviceable Areas: If your area is non-serviceable for return pickup, you will be notified and asked to send the product via your local courier service. In this case, no exchange charges will apply.

Sale Items:  Products purchased during sales or promotions are not eligible for exchange.

 

If you receive a defective item, please notify us within 24-48 hours of delivery. We will address the issue promptly if reported within this timeframe. We apologize if you receive a damaged product. To assist you, please follow these steps:

  1. Document the Issue: Take a clear photograph of the damaged item.
  2. Contact Us: Send the photo to us via direct message on Instagram at @projectn_official within 2 days of delivery.
